Perfect for the Coffin Races!

Manitou Springs Stay
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayRental was nice, the stream was not as accessible as we thought it might be. It was behind 2 cabins that were behind ours. Parking was a little tight for 2 midsized SUVs. Could not open doors when parking under carport. But all in all was a nice stay.

Great happy hour by the stream
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayOur house was super clean and we enjoyed our stay. I’d have liked more natural light in the living room, but we weren’t there very much.
The stairs going to the upstairs bedroom are super steep in case you need to know that. I’m 77 and really fit, but if you aren’t that might be an issue. It was so nice to spend time down at the stream. It is a shared space, and there are only 2 chairs, so that can be a problem. We had the front cabin, and it didn’t have a stream view but two others had patios with chairs and a nice view. When we got there, there was a couple with a large dog that got very aggressive and barked and lunged at us (bared teeth and all) when we arrived, and it scared me, but they took it inside. We never saw it again. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay.

Amazing location
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely perfect location for downtown Manitou. Very cool little house. Upstairs was perfect for 2 kids to each have a big bed and shared bath, separate from parents. Would definitely go back

Great Location
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWalking distance to everything in downtown Manitou Springs. Plenty of local restaurants and shops, with a great mountain town atmosphere. House is clean and in good condition. Parking is a little tight, be careful if you have a large vehicle. Right around the corner from cave of the winds & the COG railway, and right down the street from Garden of the Gods & the Pikes Peak entrance.
