Family Trip

The hosts were very good at communicating and responded quickly to any questions we had. The check in time was a little late for our quick trip, but it ended up working out ok and we were very greatly for having parking. It was a super busy weekend in town, so it was nice to have a place to park and be able to walk into town. Great location if you want to be able to walk around and explore Manitou Springs. The trash location was a little unclear, but we were able to message the host and try to sort things out. Enjoy your stay at this location!!

Perfect Spot! Will book again!

Manitou Springs charmer

Great property location

This property was within walking distance to downtown manitou, which was great not to worry about parking. The property was well maintained and the property management company was very responsive to my questions. Five star stay!

Publié le 20 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayI LOVED this property! The neighbors were so welcoming and friendly! Easy to find and get in! Everything was clean and I didn’t run out of anything! There is a hiking trail right up the street, downtown manitou is drivable and walking distance! Seriously made me want to move! I didn’t need to reach out to host bc everything so was stocked and great! Hot tub was hot when I got there and clean! I will definitely be back!

Publié le 24 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayNice place. A little small for a family of 4, but perfectly fine for a few nights. Hot tub was clean and very nice! Nice bathroom, too. Short walk to downtown was a big plus. Megan, who answered our calls quickly, was awesome!!

Hot Tub Let Down
Publié le 19 mars 2021 sur HomeAwayWe chose this property specifically for the hot tub, which was listed as part of the enticing title on VRBO. The apartment was great - clean, cute, and sufficient. But the hot tub was not clean. The water was milky and green and when we turned the jets on the resulting giant amount of bubbles were not typical of hot tubs We are still awaiting a refund.
