I had a great experience with the hotel staff; they were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. However, I did notice that some of the other guests seemed a bit concerning. It made the overall atmosphere feel less comfortable than expected. I hope the management can address this aspect to ensure all guests feel safe and at ease during their stay.

First room air didn't work. Was moved next door and there were roaches in the mini fridge and in the bathroom. There were no towel, toilet paper, or trash cans in the room. Non smoking room smelled like smoke. Left after one night.

I was excited for my stay at this hotel, great price and advertised a pool... Read Further... I arrived at the property, ready to enjoy an evening of relaxing after a long trip. As the staff was checking me in, I noticed the pool covered. I'm tired of hotels advertising Pools/hot tubs and when you get there, they are not in service. There should be a way to say - certain amenities are unavailable when making the booking as I would have looked elsewhere. Secondly, This was probably the first time I have questioned my safety and security at a hotel. 9:30 at night, I'm relaxing watching TV.. not a knock, but a banging on my door... I got up, and asked who was it.. there was someone claiming to be maintenance man wanting to fix and issue I personally did not report. (Red flag) I noticed papers were shoved into the peep hole, so you can't see out nor in. I stayed away from the door and my shouted response was you are not coming in here tonight. He at that point had left. I looked down , on the floor is the cord disconnected from the phone On high alert already as I am traveling alone, I placed some my heavy bags against the door. Cleanliness - they missed a older hand towel at the top of the shower curtain. I did pull the blankets and sheets to make sure they were fresh. The good things I will say - The bed was comfortable, elevator worked, spacious

So as a person who stays in motels a good bit I am not picky at all and as long as the hotel appears clean I am ok. but this place has taken the cake and so I had to leave a review. Firstly they refused to give us two keys and every place we always stay its something we like to have. Secondly the room was filthy, left over clothes in the drawers and the toilet actually had a poop stained which someone half cleaned. The bed appeared comfortable until my husband and I got into it and it was broken and caved in the middle. We were so tired from not sleeping the night before and being up day I did not go complain. We also got back to the hotel room late that night after midnight and we were told the elevator was not working so we had to walk up four flights of stairs. Well I wouldn't complain but my husband has a bad knee so that was fun and I am thinking goodness what would someone do if they were actually handicapped. In the am I complained about the issues we had and was hoping they could accommodate in some way. They told me they couldn't do anything. Save yourself and pass this one up.

Room was roach infested. Area of hotel was not safe.
