L’hôtel était propre et le personnel courtois. Le restaurant sur place était pratique après une longue journée sur la route.

Limited dining, no elevator, reception service no good

Dear guest your review is very alarming, please walk me through what took place. While we do not control the dining and lounge experience I do apologize that we do not have an elevator. I am curious about the reception service as we want every guest to feel welcome.

The pool needs to be cleaned to look like the pictures. When you get there it looks sad and dirty. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The pillows could be bigger than couch pillows.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Treadmill and recumbent bike didn’t work in the fitness room. Otherwise it was a good stay
