Guests will appreciate the modern flare in a property that gives you the feel of a mountain chalet. The ski access couldn't be any better as you can ski in and walk out from this property onto green runs at Copper Mountain Ski Resort. Easy access to the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School and the West Village base area. More advanced skiers and riders can glide down to the Union Creek Express Quad and access the whole mountain in minutes. This property is now Pet Friendly with an additional fees. Limit of 2 pets (dogs only).

This Executive Home is located in the exclusive Lewis Ranch gated community of Copper Mountain.


During the summer guests can enjoy the golf course at Copper Creek Golf Club, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV adventures, white water rafting, fly fishing, and much more! Each level of this home has unique creature comforts.

1st Floor: Arrive in a heated two car garage and enter into the mud room and adjacent utility room with a full size washer and dryer.

2nd Floor: Up half flight of stairs is a large media room featuring a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for the entire group. 46 inch flat screen TV with Roku Ultra for streaming or casting and DVD player, and a built in wet bar with mini fridge. There is a sleeper sofa next to the TV as well.

The left bedroom has a Queen Bed and private access to the bathroom that features a walk-in shower.

The right bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds and has a private bathroom that features a tub/shower combination.

Fantastic ski room with plenty of cubbies, ski racks and storage space for everyone's ski gear!

3rd Floor: Up half flight of stairs is a Master bedroom featuring a king size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD player, wireless cell charger with USB ports, and spectacular mountain views! Private balcony entrance, and the huge en suite bathroom features double sinks, over sized tub, walk in Steam Shower, private water closet and a walk in closet.

4th Floor (Main Level): Up half flight of stairs is a Fantastic living room featuring leather furniture in front of a roaring gas fireplace with towering stone mantle, and a 46 inch flat screen TV with Roku Ultra for streaming or casting. Large and well-appointed gourmet kitchen with unique counters, large gas range, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. An enormous dining room table that seats 10 people comfortably, and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level with a copper basin. The private balcony features a Natural gas grill, outdoor fire pit and backs up to the ski slopes.

5th Floor: Master bedroom featuring a King size bed with new bedding and a 32 inch flat screen TV, a private balcony access to the hot tub with stunning views of the Ten Mile Range and the Sky Chutes. The en suite master bathroom features double sinks, huge walk in shower, and separate water closet. There is a private outdoor rooftop 6 person hot tub on the roof with fantastic views!

Electric Vehicle Charger is included in the garage.

West Village chairlifts and base area do not open until the Christmas/New Years Holiday travel time, typically the 3rd week of December. West Village chairlifts such as Kokomo and Lumberjack lifts typically close a week before the mountain closes but you can always ski down and take Woodward Express and then ski back to the house. The free "Copper Coach" shuttle bus can be used to get back home if you arrive at a lower lift after it shuts down for the day at 4pm.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. PARKING: Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. Most rental properties have parking space for one vehicle only. To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking, an Alpine Lot permit can be purchased for $20 per night from the Resort. You can pay through a QR code or at the kiosk, which is located in the Alpine Lot.SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation. No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND CLEANING: SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

Family Time
My husband and I, from Florida, joined our son and his family, fellow Coloradan's, at this home on Copper Mountain. What a perfect home for us! From the hot tub, to the back porch, to the amazing kitchen, all our needs were met! The location was perfect to Frisco, Vail, and Breckenridge. The home met needs from a 4 year old to a 68 year old. I can’t think of anything that could have been better!

Amazing property
The finishes and bathrooms at this property are amazing. This is one of the best Copper Mountain houses we have stayed at. The walk to the Lumberjack lift is a little long, but manageable even with young skiers in our group.

Truly enjoyed the place. Well kept and great location/scenery. The rooftop balcony was a winner. Great place to enjoy the views and such beautiful area. Saw a few snowflakes while sitting on the porch in the summer. Will return.

Mountain Vacation
Fantastic location, our teens were are Woodward ski ride camp for two weeks and we had a blast with our dogs hiking, biking, rafting, ax throwing and fly fishing. We had a chef come to the house and prepare two special dinners and really enjoyed a late spring vacation. Spacious property, easy to plan activities around mountain towns and explore.

This place is great for large groups and families! There are beds for 11 people plus a pull out couch. The 2 different living rooms are great for an adults area and a kids area. The gourmet kitchen has everything you need and the private rooftop hot tub is the cherry on top, quite literally!

House was a great ski in/ walk out! Nice location. Very cozy. Clean. Hot tub wasn’t working but on last day they had technician fix it. Communication was good. Short walk down to West Village shuttle. Overall, everyone enjoyed their vacation & loved the snowboarding/skiing!

The place was Amazing! We always bring my Mother on our ski trips and she always gives us that great Louisiana home cooking (.... first-night Gumbo). She said that this place has taken the number 1 spot and we all agree. The staff was very accommodating from check-in to check-out. The location was impeccable and we were able to ski-in for lunch. Whatever the rating system allows for rankings, I wish that I could add another point to it. Thanks for a wonderful stay.......the Pitts Family

We had 7 adults and everyone had their own space when they needed it and yet as a family in the kitchen together, it was still very spacious. We were missing a few essential kitchen items--like a mixer-- but Skyrun was extremely responsive and brought me what I needed the next day! A very memorable trip!

Amazing house!
My family and my brothers family all stayed together here for a ski trip. We had plenty of room and especially enjoyed the private hot tub! It was right next to the lumberjack lift with just a short walk and we could ski right back to the back door!! This was incredibly helpful with the younger kids we had with us! I would definitely stay here again!

Great home & Private shuttle
This home is near a lift, however on Thanksgiving break that lift wasn’t open yet. Our alternative was a private shuttle for Lewis Ranch that picked us up and returned us to the front door. We never waited more than 5-6 minutes. It worked perfect for our family and everyone was happy. There were 7 adults in our group. The home has 5 levels, including garage level, and was perfect for everyone to spread out. The hot tub on the roof was a nice treat after long days of skiing. The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare our meals. I even made Thanksgiving dinner. Our process of pick up and return of our ski equipment at Charter Sports located at Element 29 was fast and easy. We made amazing memories with our family and would definitely recommend this home for your trip to Copper Mountain!

The house was lovely; space was excellent, and also spread out over several levels which provided some quiet and also privacy. Kitchen was terrific for entertaining, and hot tub and fire pit were nice additions. Easy access to the area, and also to walks on the mountain. Would definitely stay again!
