They takes reservation which is not honored or cancelled. Arrived at the hotel during check in send away by the management saying hotel is fully reserved. Do what ever you want just let the guest before hand or cancel the reservation. Seems fraudulent business. Expedia should review this property.

Greeting from Shopnil Shindhu. Thanks for your review. Actually we are very much sorry for this inconvenience. Due to technical problems, we may not accumulate your reserved room but we honour you high grade rooms and you were too much satisfied. you are our valued guest and you depend more another suit rooms which price was high. As per your request, Though cox’s bazar was overloaded with guest in that time but We also provided suits room instead of delux couple bed. Again sorry for this inconvenience and will more take care to you in future
