Fabulous Views surround this property which is clean and well maintained,
with some basic supplies in the pantry and shops and local pub a 2min drive or 10-15 min walk away.
the Driveway is very step but room to turn around at top in most vehicles.
only 2 small points i found where the Spa which is beautiful and clean has no step if you happen to be short and not so athletic like myself, and the dryer in its space saving position is virtually unusable unless you are 6ft tall
there is also no hand rail up front steps which is not a use issue but care must be taken if steps are damp.

This house was the perfect location and the best views of the ocean. Walking distance into town and near a great walking track.
Grant was amazing with his communication and advice on the Island.
Great house for a family too- lots of room.
Spa is amazing!!
