방에서 바퀴벌레가 나왔다. 카운터에서 생수도 살 수 없었다. 공항 송영 서비스도 없었다. 객실 출입문은 잘 열리지 않았다. 화장실도 더러웠다. 분명히 2박에 36달러였는데 호텔 주인이 1박에 36달러로 계산해서 총 72달러를 받았다. 카드로는 결재가 되지 않아서 현금으로 냈다. 나중에 예약 메일을 확인하여 2박에 36달러라고 하니 주인이 끝까지 아니라고 우겼다. 공항에 가야해서 택시를 불러놨는데 택시가 기다리고 있는 상태에서도 끝까지 우겨서 결국 30달러만 돌려받아야 했다. 위치는 해변과 가까워서 좋지만 다시는 가지 않을 것이다.

very poor Hotel far away from Dahab Beach

Pour : nothing, maybe The A/C was working good.
Contre : everything
poor cleanliness, poor service, basic room and housekeeping not existing, one man for all the Hotel. They didn't care about nothing, only the money, they like to get in Advance. Breakfast: the plates were almost always empty, didn't fill them up. Not a good experience.

the staff is terrible !!!!!

Pour : only the swimming pool
Contre : the room service and the staff must have some kind of smile on their faces
Emplacement : location is not bad and near to the event area
i had forced to this choice because there was no place else available at this time there was no room service and the breakfast is too bad the room was full of dust and bathroom is smelly totally i will never choose it again next time

Contact Omar, the hotel manager!!!!

I am sure you all know how people in Egypt have different prices for locals and tourists, Lá Reine has a manager called Omar, who is able to get just about anything for you to a fourth of the price you would get on your own, that includes, taxis, days out , snorkeling, diving lessons, ANYTHING!!! Two things may put you down, internet, which has its own will, and perhaps that the cleanness is not the European standard, lots of dust I guess... I could have contacted Omar to have a general cleaning speacilly in the bathroom, but we kept postponing, and that never happened. The all hotel needs a refurbishment really or at least a deep cleaning, but the service is so good and the price so low that I would ignore the downsides. But, still, a good internet would make my life easier( it seems all Dahab has the same problem , but I personally don't know about the other hotels)
