Bonjour hôtel très propre, grande Chambre avec Refregirateur, Et bureau
Juste soucis
Laverie en Panne
Piscine en panne
Dommage avec d’aussi grosse chaleur
Personnel impressionnant, serviable toujours souriant et prêts @ vous aider..
Petit bémol pour le PDJ
Tout en emballage apart viande
C’est une première pour un Breakfast Américain
Pas de Gaufffres uniquement en sachet ni Pancakes.. Dommage moi qui me fesai un plaisir du PJD Américain ..
Situé @ côté de l’hôpital et proche des Centres Commerciaux @ peine 5 minutes en voiture

8 am some maintenance has started and very noisy and disturbed.
it should be started after guest check out otherwise, guests cannot be relaxed. it was especially labor day week.

Totally no Marriott standards!
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsNormally I stay at a different location and happened to book the wrong one and I really wish I hadn't! I could tell right away that this location wasn't up to the standards of the other locations I've stayed at. Like this must have been a motel that they bought and turned into a Fairfield. It smelled musty upon entry, there weren't enough luggage carts so I had to make several trips to haul all of my luggage up to my room. The air conditioner wasn't working well so it didn't cool the room properly and because of the air conditioner issue, the room seemed…. Damp.
I will say that the bathroom and beds were clean, and I appreciate that. But they need to have someone come and wipe down the walls because the amount of splattered ick on the walls was disgusting!
Also, I was there with my 70+ year old mother and 7 year old daughter and when we came out of the elevator there were 2 women that were wheeling a cart past us filled with cleaning supplies and sheets and a vaccuum. I am going to assume that they worked there to clean the rooms. The way they were dressed was disgraceful! Booty shorts with they stomach hanging over the front and their butt cheeks on full display! Seriously?! Very unprofessional, and around families and children. Needless to say, I will NOT be staying here again.
Oh, And I did report the air conditioning issue. The lady just smiled at me and said, “Ok.”
