Publié le 19 févr. 2018 sur HotelsPara empezar el hotel no está las habitaciones lo limpio que dicen nos indicaban en la información de la habitación que había minibar no lo encontramos café y te en las zonas comunes tampoco lo vimos atención multilingüe solo inglés e hindú albornoces los estarían lavando porque allí no estaban productos de limpieza solo el primer día el agua gratuita nos la intentaron cobrar en dos ocasiones Caja fuerte en la habitación tampoco había y el servicio de taxi del hotel aparte de cobrarte la excursión intentar a cobrarte parking peaje y lo que él quiera intenté cuando vaya si quiere ir que le den el presupuesto exacto del trayecto porque intentará sacarle más dinero de lo que es

Really Quite Shocking
Publié le 15 avr. 2015 sur HotelsThis was a really bad experience. Firstly when we arrived they could not find the voucher from Hotels.com. With all my experience of using this company this has never happened before. After a good 30 mins I sorted it. I had booked a super delux room, with an extra bed. Instead of a 'put you up'. we got a mattress on the floor.When I asked for a bed they did not have one. the sheets were filthy and it took 3 attempts before we got clean sheets. We got moved to what I had booked, still no extra bed and this time the room was so dirty and had no key to the door ! I booked this hotel as it was near to Delhi airport and we were flying out the next morning. It really was quite shocking!!

It is a extremely loud and filthy hotel.
I was told the pick-up charge from the airport is INR 300, they charged me INR500.

The sheets were dirty, the pillow case had clearly been recently slept upon by some unwashed and hirsute individual, and the duvet featured both unidentifiable yellow stains, and more readily identifiable blood stains. We asked to change sheets, and the bellhop complied immediately. However, when he removed the old ones, we noticed behind the bed, some kleenex, a cigarette butt, a great deal of dust, and one of the largest hairballs I have ever seen. We asked to change rooms. The second room was better, but still had stained sheets and piles of dust. We waited while they cleaned it. Although a major improvement in terms of cleanliness, we found out later that the shower did not work properly. By this time we were too tired to address the issue. On the plus side, the staff was responsive, and the state of the hotel is probably not entirely their fault. The flat screen TV appears to be new, and the free wireless is what I am using to write this review. Overall, though, best to give this one a miss.
