Sehr enttäuschend, diese Unterkunft entspricht niemals einem 4-Sterne Haus. Dreckige Betten, aus dem Schlafzimmer schaut man runter in die Küche einheimischer. Teilweise kaltes Wasser, generell viel zu laut. Offene Stromleitung. WLAN hat nur in einem Zimmer funktioniert. Wir haben diese Unterkunft mit 7 Personen gebucht, wobei eine Person am Sofa schlafen musste. Diese Person hätte vergünstigt sein müssen. Lediglich freundliches Personal, der uns in der späten Nacht nett empfangen und uns ins Zimmer geführt hat. Generell nicht zu empfehlen.

This property is NOT 4-stars! Totally over-rated. Maximum 2 stars. The outside of the so-called "hotel" is a tiny dingy dirty alleyway with an open sewage running along the entryway to the "hotel". When we arrived there was no electricity (so no working elevator) and the apartment was freezing cold as a result. It was not cleaned before we arrived (dirty everywhere) and they started cleaning while we were at the apartment with dirty water. The toilet was leaking, the bathroom taps were rusted and dirty, the sofa was so worn out that it had holes in it. The photos on the website DO NOT correspond to the reality. They put the sheets on the beds only our request. We left immediately without even staying because you never know what to expect from a dump like this. Worst hotel experience we've ever had!

Biased review from probably a fake guest from local competitor. We are proud of our high standard of hospitality services and the same has been highly rated by all our guests on major travel portals and on Google.
