Paradise in Delray Beach!

Everything was perfect for us in a great two bedroom unit with a beautiful pool in the small 4 unit complex. Living, dining, bedrooms and private outdoor deck with grill all added to the comfort of the home. Everyone who came to visit just loved it. The landscaping around the property is like living in a botanical garden. Walking distance to everything Including Atlantic Ave shopping and restaurants.
Garland and Joy are the hosts you’ve always dreamed of - we want to take them home with us!

Great week in Delray Beach

Publié le 2 mars 2021 sur HomeAwayWe stayed at the villa for two months. Very comfortable accommodations. Absolutely amazing rear yard with private pool. Great privacy. Great landscaping. Nice neighborhood for walking or cycling. About a mile walk to the beach. Easy walk to Trader Joe’s and restaurants. Garland is very accommodating. We’ll be back.

Good location to downtown Del Rey beach

I wouldn’t recommend staying here as a family, it was too small for our needs. I also think it’s super expensive for what your getting! Garland the owner is fantastic and super helpful and the neighbors are so kind. Walking into town is easy and super close to everything just not big enough for our family.

The villa has a great beachy feel and is in an awesome location--walking distance to everything--you really don't even need to have a car! The villa and pool area are super clean and inviting, Garland and Joy are great and were helpful in any way needed. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it over and over!!

Fantastic week in Delray
Publié le 20 avr. 2018 sur HomeAwayThis place is an absolute gem. Our family of four with two young kids had a wonderful week spending our days at the pool and enjoying Delray at night. Garland was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more accommodating. The bungalow itself was spotlessly clean, well appointed and in a great location. Garland and Joy clearly take pride in their properties and take the time to ensure their guests are taken care of and enjoy their time. Instead of feeling like "guests", it seemed like we were welcomed by a great host and given everything we needed to have a fantastic vacation. Having stayed at a number of rental properties, you can tell when hosts have attention to detail and take care of their properties, and this one was above and beyond.

So glad you enjoyed it! We get so much pleasure from creating a coastal vacation experience for our guests. So many places here are nice and comfortable but you might as well be in midtown Manhattan for the interior ambience. We want people to have a feeling of having a beach town vacation whether inside or out. When out on the town, people seem to think Delray is the best beach town on Florida’s Atlantic coast with such a gorgeous beach, lively downtown shops and restaurants and small town feel. We want that feeling to carry over to our properties. Our goal is for our guests to feel like they are in their own private coastal oasis when they are inside our villas and enjoying the tropical landscaping outside while having morning coffee or when having cocktails by the pool. Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us and come back soon.

AWESOME LOCATION - AWESOME COTTAGE
Publié le 31 mars 2018 sur HomeAwayMy daughter and I came to Delray for a little R & R and stayed in this cozy cottage. The home was clean and neat with a nice sunny, beachy vibe! The beautiful pool was just outside our door and we couldn't get enough of it. Garland was so friendly and available to give us pointers on where to go for fun! Everything you need is there at the house, Atlantic Ave is within walking distance, and there was always the Downtowner - FREE golf cart taxi service- to whisk us away to the the beach! Can't wait to go back! Thank you Garland and Joy!

Publié le 8 déc. 2017 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing week. We had additional family unexpectantly for the holiday so Garland and Joy moved us to tropic isle just off linton in delray. The house is so gorgeous with high end touches. The location was great we walked to the shops and over the bridge to the beach. We enjoyed easy access to boca and delray . The house is very spacious and has a screened in porch for dining . We just had our morning coffee out there on the porch
The dining room table seated 12 of us easily. The pool is very private and tropical. The decorating is truly special. The aqua and cream touches were so pretty. We felt like we made new friends with garland and joy !
