Spam Hotel Was shut down and took our money!

You sent emails on tuesday saying you were room only as the bar and restaurant was shut and then on wed. I arrived on friday for the two room for 2 nights and found the hotel completely shut and stripped out. You had windows fitted so whilst you sent an email tuesday your hotel must have been shut for a while. My friend and i had drove 4 jours and were stranded. Ther was no reception left and no one answering. We ended up having to pay for another hotel which cost us much more on top of what we had already paid for Risley Hall.

Being refurbished, no restaurant. No breakfast
Publié le 30 avr. 2024 sur HotelsBeing refurbished, so no restaurant. We only found out when we checked in. We were directed to an external restaurant a few minutes away, but that place only opened early during the week.
Room (no.7) was large and contained furniture from all eras; including a bedside lamp that was impossible to plug in! Bed was firm, but comfortable. En suite was showing the lack of decent maintenance.
