Situé non loin d'un arrêt de bus. (Attention : Pas de bus direct pour le centre ville)
Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Salle de bains carrelée, parquet dans la chambre. Parties communes et hall d'accueil propres et bien éclairés avec une agréable décoration de Noël.
Personnel aimable, accueillant et serviable.
Petit déjeuner servi dès 6h, avec plats chauds, même si, conditions d"hygiène obligent, plus de toasts ni de gaufres.

The 2nd room we stayed in was great. Clean, smelled good, and beds were comfortable, but the first room we had smelled like urine and there was hair on the toilet seat. The front desk person gave us a bit of a hassle when we asked to switch rooms. He said he had to come up to our room and smell it himself. Then he said he didn’t smell anything, but we insisted that we did and we were the ones that were going to be sleeping in there, so then we had to go back downstairs so he could see what roo. To switch us to. It wasted our time and seemed unnecessary. Once we switched rooms, everything was fine.

Nice staff overall nice hotel for one night
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsBed was not great but we were exhausted. Air conditioning unit wasn’t uncomfortably loud. Shower had mid pressure but was hot! Bathroom was very small. Overall worked fine for one night and price was right. 3/5 stars with very nice staff

Close to Living History Farms

About 10 minutes after I booked the room they called to tell me that they didn’t have my room due to overbooking. And to call who I booked it with for a refund. Then 10 minutes after that they called to tell me they had a room with a king and sofa bed. Which I had originally booked a room with two beds. So I agreed and when we got there I was pleasantly surprised of how big the room was and it had two sofas that turned into beds! It was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids, so we had plenty of room!!

Very clean room, and the dining and breakfast area was phenomenally clean with a well chosen variety of breakfast foods! Excellent and courteous front desk staff, And Never have I ever used a quiet flushing toilet! Big WOW on that amenity! My husband and I were very pleased. 5 stars and applause for Best Western plus!
