Great hosts and sweet cabin

Great Getaway
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayExactly as described and exactly what we needed. Clean, quiet, cabin up in a small mountain community. The hosts were great. We loved the stove, wifi, and streaming. We found the drive up to the community a fun part of our adventure. The view is fabulous and it was fun to watch the weather roll through.

When it is hot outside it is hot inside by afternoon.

Was there most likely the hottest week of the year outside and the inside was just as hot by late afternoon and did not cool off until morning on most days. Window blinds that actually close all the way would be a great investment.

.....Is it possible that you missed the 6 places in the cabin's listing that says , NO AIR CONDITIONING, fans only. I even texted that to you PERSONALLY before you booked since we BOTH knew those days would be the hottest in OUR local area. I knew it was supposed to get to 104-106* in your area & thought you must be used to off grid or no AC when you went ahead & booked. That's why I am so miffed by your complaint. Did you keep the windows open all day & let the hot air just flow right through? We live right there with no AC too. We always "Close up during the heat & open for the cool evenings." & drink a lot of iced tea. We wish you had communicated with us during your stay. We surely could have helped some. Glad you thought it was clean & (mostly) liked the decor.

The owners had thought of everything that we could want or need and their communications were timely and so detailed. Morning tea on the porch enjoying the view and watching the acrobatics of the hummingbirds was delightful, for a comfortable and quiet stay this cabin was perfect for us. I would highly recommend.

Amazing mountain hideout
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayMountain time is an amazing cabin with an even better view. Tom and Diane were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin is located in a perfect spot to enjoy ft Collins or estes park. We really enjoyed it and look forward to our next time back.

Beautiful mountain cabin

The cabin was super cozy and had a spaceous open deck with beautiful views. It was a perfect mountain getaway!

Publié le 3 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay at Mountain Time! We came for Rocky Mountain National Park and we will return for Mountain Time! The drive to the top of the mountain was well worth the views from this cabin. Spectacular sunsets, stargazing, sunrises and fresh mountain air all combined to make us not want to leave. The home is filled with all the comforts and conveniences of home. We very much recommend this home for a vacation to RMNP or for its own relaxing charm.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay!
Publié le 5 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The cabin was clean and had all the things that felt like home! The views of Longs Peak were beautiful. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning taking in the views and watching the hummingbirds. Just a short drive to Estes and RMNP. Diane and Tom are great hosts!
