Very bad and immoral hotel

Unfortunately a very bad stay I arrived and the same request was not available and I was delayed in logging more than two hours Finally, the problem was solved by providing a non-apartment apartment that you booked through the Hotel website Very bad accomodation Unfortunately the hotel was unprofessional and unethical I saw myself young people inside and with them girls at night through the parking spaces of the room Unfortunately, I do not recommend families to live in it للاسف إقامة جدا سيئة وصلت و لم يكون نفس الطلب متوفر و تأخرت في تسجيل الدخول أكثر من ساعتين و بالنهايه تم حل المشكله بتوفير شقة غير الشقة التي حجزتها من خلال موقع هوتيل جدا كانت الإقامة سيئة و للأسف كان الفندق غير مهني و غير اخلاقي رأيت بنفسي شباب داخل طالع و معهم فتيات ليل من خلال مواقف السيارات للغرفة للاسف لا انصح العوائل بالسكن فيه

Dear Mr. Khaled. First, we want to apologize and thank you for your feedback. While I wish, you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it’s apparent in this case, we fell short. At the time, you were staying with us, we were full on occupancy some guest didn’t checkout, for the inconvenience, it caused, I am sorry. The prompt service to our guests is a priority and such service is an unavoidable necessity that should have been better explained. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that your that you will be happy to make your reservation personally and see to it that you enjoy the experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
