Très froid
Publié le 9 févr. 2024 sur HotelsJe suis arrivé et le chauffage était coupé dans la chambre. Il faisait très froid cinq mis plusieurs heures à réchauffer la pièce. L’autre problème c’est que nous avons une couette simple sur un lit double en sachant qu’il faisait très froid nous avons passé une très mauvaise nuit. C’est la deuxième fois que ça arrive dans la chambre numéro 35.
C’est pas la première fois que je dors dans cette hôtel, j’ai toujours été satisfait.

The room was not soundproofed at all, which made it very uncomfortable during my stay.

Very convenient
Publié le 6 avr. 2024 sur HotelsConveniently located, easy parking, decor modern and low key stylish. So handy to have a kitchenette. Found the mobile phone for entry super convenient; no scrabbling about for key cards in my bag.
Within easy reach of Düsseldorf and right next to a shopping centre.
In general the place was very clean, however when checking under the bed for a dropped object, I realised it hadn’t been cleaned in what looks like, ever. Other people’s lost objects, cobwebs and lumps of dust balls. Some of the bed slats were also broken, which explained the noise as you move.
No mattress protector on the bed, which is a little odd, hygienically, nowadays. Only two small plates in the kitchenette and one had a chip and had been broken in half and glued back together. Again, not very hygienic.
No check-in details were sent through, so had to disturb someone on the phone on a bank holiday. He was very lovely, but I’d have preferred the details by email.
I would definitely stay there again, but I think I‘d check the room first so a couple of bits could be repaired/cleaned.

Did have problems to follow the check in procedures. The staff on the phone had been very supportiv and even later did check whether things worked out.

Publié le 4 déc. 2023 sur HotelsFicamos muito satisfeitos. A única coisa que ficou a desejar, foi que fizemos duas reservas, uma seguida da outra resultando em 6 dias. Eles não recolheriam lixo, trocaram toalha ou limparam o quarto; mesmo deixando o sinal na porta! O reso foi maravilhoso!
