Beautiful Accommodations

The home is beautiful with a warm welcoming feeling. Each bedroom has its own charm. The back deck view of the lake is exquisite. Every imaginable kitchen extra was there, spices, teas, coffees. The code checkin was a breeze. We were able to get our working time in and still enjoy the space. We made an excellent choice.

Our stay at his home was everything! The home was very beautiful. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. All the rooms had beautiful unique taste. Me and my guests enjoyed the entire home. We meet the owner and he was so nice! The rules were respectful and understandable. I highly recommend this home for your next adventure. Communication was immediate between me and the homeowner! Definitely coming back when we come back to Chicago!

BED BUGS!

My son woke up being bitten by bed bugs. We have video and photos. The owner and the management company Evolve refused to give us a full reimbursement only partial. Cigarette smoke was coming up through the vents because someone lives in the basement. VRBO put us up in a hotel for the remainder of or vacation which we appreciated. We will not be staying here again.

Subsequently, no evidence of bed bugs was found, and we promptly shared the proof with Evolve. Additionally, an exterminator visited the property post your stay and found no signs of pest activity. However, as a precautionary measure, the property was treated accordingly.-At Evolve, we prioritize guest feedback and meticulously review each case to ensure a fair resolution. Our records indicate that you were issued a refund, although we apologize for any inconvenience caused by any delay in its processing.We do all we can to make our home the best possible experience, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Nice stay in Dyer

Nice house plenty of room, easy access. Some of the furniture is a bit odd with build in Vegas style lighting, but it’s in good condition. We had a nice day and all went well.

Family Vaca

Very nice, large, home with good location. Ice maker did not work, but that's a small item. Decorations varied, from very nice to "not our style", but that's on us. Closet space was great for 3 of the 4 bedrooms, but none available in the master bedroom. Almost all staples were provided, except a hair dryer, including soap, hair products, etc. Owner staying downstairs was not an issue, and he initiated a chat with us, which was nice. We would definitely stay here again.
