Gyves guest house was amazing, the owners went above and beyond with lots of little touches including homemade brownies in our spotless room. The breakfast menu catered for all, lovely fresh homemade produce. Will definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

A great room with lots of space and very nice decoration. A perfect location if you like running, swimming or walking. Lots of choice for breakfast and cooked really well. If you want to stay in Eastbourne Gyves guest house is a perfect place to stay.

Big rooms. Warm welcome. Everything worked perfectly in the room and bathroom. Very pleasant experience staying there. Couldn’t be nearer to the beach.
