Convenient location, but my room was noisy as it was near the lift which pinged whenever in use

Stayed for two nights and was woken up both mornings by extremely loud music/base coming from the gym at 7:45am on a Saturday and 8am on a Sunday .. we cancelled our hotel restaurant reservation due to this, as we didn’t want to give the hotel more of our money as we did not appreciate being woken up by the gym. Mirrors and windows get condensation on very easily, aircon system smells. Tv was out of sync, wasn’t showing what it said it should be, as was about half an hour behind ..
