Dear Tina,If your reservation is prepaid, we require a valid credit card upon check in. We then place an incidental hold of 107.00. This hold is released once the room is checked and clear of smoke and/or damages once you have checked out. Ninety percent of all hotels place incidental holds on credit cards upon check in.
