Avalon 1 Villa is a spacious three-bedroom retreat nestled in the serene and picturesque Emba Village. This charming villa is perfect for those seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday, with local amenities, beaches, and restaurants just a short drive away.
Location: Emba Village is a traditional Cypriot community, known for its peaceful ambiance and scenic beauty. As one of the largest villages in Paphos, Emba offers a unique blend of rural charm and convenience, being close to Paphos and neighboring villages like Mesogi, Tremithousa, Tala, Kissonerga, and Chloraka. Emba’s rich history is reflected in its name, meaning "enter," symbolizing its location at the gateway to Paphos. The village features a beautiful new Greek Orthodox Church dedicated to Apostle Andreas (St. Andrew), around which a vibrant festival is held every year on November 30th.
Village Charm: Emba’s winding roads are lined with lemon, orange, and nectarine groves, showcasing the area’s agricultural heritage. The village also offers a few quaint shops and tavernas along its narrow streets, where locals gather in the evenings. Despite its tranquil setting, Emba is just minutes away from Chloraka and Paphos Old Town, providing easy access to supermarkets, shops, banks, pharmacies, petrol stations, tavernas, and bars.

Bedrooms: Upstairs, there are three more spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, while the other two bedrooms feature a double bed and twin beds, respectively. Each bedroom has access to a balcony with countryside or pool views.
Additional Amenities: The villa includes air conditioning units in all bedrooms and the living area for both cooling and heating, a washing machine on the upper floor, and private parking. A marble staircase leads to a rooftop lounge area with panoramic views.

From Paphos Airport head towards Paphos and take the highway road to Paphos.
At the end of the highway, you reach a roundabout, go straight over (through Traffic lights), go straight through the next traffic lights too, and then take the1st left at the next roundabout. Go straight thought 1st traffic lights, and take right at the 2nd traffic lights. You then take the 1st left and continue straight until you reach a T junction and you turn right. Follow the road (Emba to Tala village road) and take the 2nd left into Emba village (you can see the EKO petrol station ahead on the right) just after the turning you take. You follow this road until you see the road sign Kosta Champiaouri and you turn right; you can then see the complex of new villas straight ahead. You enter on the far right through the barrier.
Avalon 1 villas is a (security) gated community. Once you confirm a booking, you will be sent the full details and instructions on how to enter through the gate.
Avalon 1complex of villas is a (security) gated community. We have used the mobile number on your booking/ or that you supplied us with (maximum 3 per villa) to add to the security system.
You dial + 357 99 426577, you will get an engaged signal and the gate will open. It closed automatically. You need to do the same to exit the complex. Mobile numbers will be removed after your departure and access with be blocked.
Please also note: Avalon 1 has a night security guard from 5pm – 5am. He is based by the gate and does random checks throughout the complex during the evening.

Kindly Note regarding electrical utilities each of them have their own switch. In order to be able to use them you will have to keep on the switch.
As also for the shower to have warm water keep the booster water on for 30min minimum for each person and when it ends you can have shower. Otherwise, the water will be cold. If it is sunny day, hot water will be in the shower.
