We initially had a difficult time getting into the house as I was never notified with the passcode to unlock the door key pad. Upon arriving at the property, I spent 15 minutes trying to get someone to give me the passcode to get in. I sent multiple Emails to the host asking her to call me with the passcode but she was not willing to tell l me the code over the phone. Apparently, she originally sent me an email with the door code, but I never received the email. After about 20 minutes I did end up getting a call from somebody at VRBO and eventually was able to get him to tell me the passcode. Other than that issue everything else was fine.

Kevin and his guests were wonderful to have at our home. They were respectful and clean.
Kevin messaged me that he did not receive the address to our home from VRBO and said he had not gotten any reservation emails either. This was just before check in time. I sent him the home address and I called VRBO and asked them to call this guest to make sure he had all the information he needed from VRBO. It was then we learned that Kevin needed the code to the door (it was also emailed to the guest the day before).
There was a mixup somewhere with the guest not getting reservation information all around. VRBO customer service was able to resolve this for Kevin. Thankfully most checkins are smoother than Kevin's experience.

Beautiful get away

Emmett Retreat
Publié le 2 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreatly enjoyed our stay. Property is in a quiet neighborhood. Well maintained and clean. Lots of room inside and well furnished. We enjoyed the covered patio in back and large lawn. Good communications with owner. It was a problem free stay and would certainly recommend it

Visiting my brother
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was perfect for our stay in Emmett. My sister, Mom, and I, each had a bedroom and plenty of space. The back patio was perfect for drinking coffee on in the morning. We loved the Pac-Man machine. The location is great on the edge of town. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great with Shauna and I will stay here again the next time I go visit my brother!

Quiet Country Stay

Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt is a beautiful home. It was on the outskirts of town very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay there again if i was going to be in town. I would highly recommend this place if you plan a trip to Emmett Id. All 6 of us were very please.

Wonderful Stay!!

The kitchen was equipped with everything to make full meals...KitchenAid mixer, great cookware and dishes, and cleaning supplies. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Lots of room! We really enjoyed our stay. The back patio and back yard would have been a great place to relax if the weather had been a little warmer. We look forward to staying here again as we have family in the area. Wonderful place!!
