We were forced to call on a bailiff when this tenant left to assess the condition of the apt and appliances.
It is very disconcerting and costly to have to manage this type of situation and damages.
We would have appreciated VRBO to be more selective on the choice and integrity of our tenants.
We avoid any controversy and it is now up to the Judge to follow up our claim.
It is a problem to publish such misleading reviews from malicious customers, and this is not useful to guide potential customers with this king of malicious comments.
