Disappointing service from villa provider
Publié le 17 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayCheck in was easy, there were other hidden cost not mentioned in the nightly rate straight up but the most disappointing thing is, our bed was broken and you couldn’t sleep in it as it sagged completely in the middle.
I called Exmouth Holidays who manage the property and I got told “thanks for letting us know, we will pass it on to the owner” I payed for a 2 bedroom villa and could only use 1 bedroom so a 50% refund on the nightly rate would be correct in my opinion.
Disappointing service I would not recommend to stay here again!
