I never went there i did my reservation by mistakes i hope i will get my money back i am heading to another hotel tonight that is on the rght way

Highly recommended this property. Clean, Modern and friendly. What I was impressed with the most is, when they found out it was our birthdays, we had a personalized note and goodies in our room waiting for us. This little extra touch is above and beyond and I feel like if it’s between properties for future travel, I’ll be booking a Marriott first! The excellent customer service I received, made a Marriott customer for life.

Not what I was expecting

Not what I expected for a Marriott business hotel. No complimentary breakfast, water, fresh coffee in the lobby, room service for 5 nights. Called twice for towel service and was answered/disconnected. Staff was friendly, the service was sub-par.

The property was convenient but it needs a face lift. Rooms smell of sweat and the carpets could use a refurb. Our room had mold on the ceiling

Everything was marvelous Got upgraded and money refunded due to Hurricane Debbie… Collins one of the gentlemen on duty at the desk went above and beyond
