The rooms are in poor condition. The rooms were not clean in general. The rooms also had matinence issues(broken shower control and broken outlets). I also observed a roach in the room.

Apologies for inconvenience and uncomfort . Suer we talk about with our housekeeper about the room. If you had come immediately in the office we changed the room same time . Also we check all the rooms Maintance need be done and we will fixed . We do our pest control every month and we check the room and we found nothing. Thanks again by days inn by Wyhndham

Staff was nice, rooms are clean, front office are needs renovated and updated bad. Felt plenty safe, price was fare, building needs TLC

I left a backpack and the front desk man said “If his housekeeper finds anything in the rooms she brings it to the front.”….” Even if it’s just a pen”…. I don’t think he’s being honest…. The floors had not been cleaned under the beds in Years! When I drop something on the floor and ready to pick it up, it was so nasty under the bed.

Dear Rebecca apologize for inconvenience. But mam we didn’t found anything in the room o any backpack after our housekeeper. We have lot’s off stuff safe in our storage room that left by our guest . Why we need to dishonest with you . I personally went to housekeeping cart and check for you and you with smiles face left the office door. And I was not expecting this kind feedback from you .
