Un excellent service, le complexe, la chambre et la piscine propres. Le 2e bloc est un peu moins au goût du jour, mais très propre tout de même. À 5 minutes de la plage, petit café à quelques minutes, par contre, plus loin pour une épicerie ou dépanneur. Personnel gentil et attentionné.

We arrived at this place at 5:10 PM when the recption closes at 5 PM. Already, which hotel or kind of close the reception at 5PM?? Anyhow, this guest left a note for us saying contact us by phone, whatsapp email to get your code to get the keys. We did it gor 2 hours with no respinse from them. We contacted hotels.com who tried as well to contact us with no success… Then hotels.com said book snother room somewhere else and we will ask you to be refunded. Finally no refundat all, we have been charged. Stay away from this host

Dear Jean Luc: We list our our hours of operations on ALL websites as 9 am to 5 pm as we are just a small boutique hotel with limited staff. We also list that check in is from 4 pm to 5 pm and if arriving after 5 pm please contact us for our after hours check in procedure that we send via email. It is very detailed and even includes pictures to guide you. Because many people do not read this important information we also attempt to contact EVERY guest prior to arrival. We did this in your case on 1/7 and called the number provided. No return call was received by us. We then sent the afterhours check in email to the generic email address provided by Expedia (they own Hotels.com) with the instructions AND left a note on the door in case you did not check your Hotels.com reservation messages from us. When you arrived you never checked your Hotels.com messages and called the number left on the door. The owner then returned your call approximately 1 hour later but you had already made other arrangements through Hotels.com. The fact that when you called Hotels.com they did not even mention you had an email from us with ALL the instructions for the lock box that contained your keys is beyond us. Regardless we did do everything in our power to try and reach you prior to arrival and can show you time stamped emails of when we sent the after hours check in email.

Chris, at check-in, was really friendly. Amazing location at a great price. You can even borrow chairs and umbrellas at the hotel to go to the beach !

Great solo trip

Great trip for my solo weekend getaway from texas. Short walk to the beach. Water taxi stop within walking distance. Fishing charter was walking distance too. Great customer service. Rickard was awesome

The lady at the reception it’s so kind and helpful, the room it’s outstanding, also the location so convenient to go and enjoy the beach, have dinner, breakfast or walk around. Great experience !
