Overrated

Don't understand how this has a good rating from customers it's old out dated. Breakfast was a joke not but coffee and waffles. Really disappointed in Hotels.com and this location.

The area is comercial, run down. The water pressure in shower is poor. Everything else is good

This hotel appeared to have good ratings on hotels.com, but when my partner arrived it was quite gross. He is a bald, oxygen-dependent man. There were long dark hairs in the bed which suggests the sheets weren’t changed (ew!). He also found mold growing beneath some of the crown molding; not great for someone who has trouble breathing. There were large crumbs on the floor and it looked like the place hadn’t even been swept. We asked for a refund and were denied. The inability of this hotel to take responsibility for this less than stellar stay is disappointing, but you had better believe I will be sharing this information on every platform I can to keep others from being exposed.

The lady in front was awesome. The room itself was disgusting. Looks everything had a repair on top of repair. Debis in sink. Currents were zip tied instead of replacing. Front door to room was rusted.

When I had arrived, I was greeted by the reception. Trying to check in he told me to sit down while he checked me in while he was constantly trying to make a call to someone. Thirty minutes had passed and still nothing, when I asked what was going on he said that he did not the password to the computer so he could not check me in. Instead of waiting I told him to cancel my stay and I left. I have never arrived to a hotel and not be able to check in because an employee doesn't have the password to a computer.
