Great Stay!
Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe greatly enjoyed our time at the Doctor's Cottage. The quaint and clean retreat is located in an idyllic spot for a relaxing time away from everyday stress. The lake lives up to it's name. The depth around the dock is just right for wading, playing, or jumping into a kayak. Our host communicated clearly and quickly, displaying a sincere desire for a pleasant stay.

Step Back In Time

It has been updated to make the stay of today’s families comfortable, while still retaining the charm of being a “cottage”. We loved seeing a bit of the history of the lake while enjoying the lovely yard with private beach and dock. It was the “ gathering place” for all my family members, some of whom stayed in cottages across the lake.

Quiet and peaceful setting

Beds were comfortable and furnishings very clean and comfortable. We walked all the way around the lake and met lovely people all along the way. Will look forward to returning another time.

The Doctor's Cottage Heals What Ails You!

There is a very nice nature preserve within walking distance and we enjoyed our hike there. The beds are very comfortable providing a wonderfully good night's sleep after long days in the water. Our weekend experience afforded our family an opportunity to make some very happy memories!
