Séjour très sympa !
Publié le 27 août 2024 sur HomeAwaySeul bémol contre lequel malheureusement il est difficile de faire quoi que ce soit : le survol régulier des avions au dessus de la ville (on se trouve dans le couloir aérien).
Hormis cet inconvénient, le séjour a été extrêmement agréable !

Publié le 9 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayAvant tout un grand merci à sue qui est une personne formidable, accueillante, souriante, et qui nesite pas à venir dans les minutes qui suivent au moindre problème, un merci également à lain Cameron pour sa formidable location et sa communication instantanée à toutes nos questions.
La maison était comme dans la description, propre avec tout les équipements très belle vue sur mer , tres bien placé, jacuzzi au top propre l'eau est nettoyé , filtré et surtout bien chaude. J'ai découvert pour la première fois fuertventura qui est une ville très chaleureuse accueillante il fait très beau il y a surtout beaucoup d'activités à faire et beaucoup de restaurant, une ville très touristique ou chacun est là bien venu, nous avons passé une super semaine .

An Enjoyable Months Holiday
Publié le 2 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house. The property was an easy walk to and from the beach. The view from the bedroom balcony of the sea was lovely. We made good use of the bbq most evenings. The house was spacious and had comfortable seating in the lounge. The listing is not completely correct. The TV is not 50 inch but 42 inch. The DVD player was not able to be connected as the TV did not have the correct fitting. A second dvd player did not work at all. You are not able to park outside the property. Parking is on the opposite side of the road and very difficult due to lack of space (one resident had a sign asking you not to park outside their property). This was not a problem for us as we parked in the road just as you entered the estate. Usually we like to use the hot tub but only used it a couple of times as it was passed its best (very weak jets and not able to control temperature). We were not able to give five stars for cleanliness, overall it was good. We found a lot of cobwebs in the living area, mould in shower and bath (we cleaned the bath mould and stains very easily with a cleaner from the supermarket). A little more cleaning would improve the propery. The fridge worked well but the freezer was very iced up. I accept that this is not the owner's fault but I am sure that this is something that he will address.
We did have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the house.

There are deep cleans and grout replacements done between periods of long lettings and this will be done.
DVD cable. Wed be happy to replace, This must have been taken. Just let us know.
The TV system though is high end. It a library of every movie and TV mini series that one could ever think of, so I cannot think why you would want to see a DVD ?
I will make sure this is explained better at induction from now on.
There is 50inch SMART TV for the property and this will yet further negate the need for DVDs etc but this was moved to a different property just before your let and will be going back in now (so in effect you had the spare TV as I had an emergency elsewhere).
I promise, I will get on to all of these things asap.
I'd just like to point out for completeness to the interested reader.
1. The house has super fast fibre wifi
2. There is a professional standard office network in the house, so that there are no wifi dark posts, with complete coverage in and out. This network can handle multiple devices and is ideal for home working and movie streaming.
3. There is a high end tv system with a film menu of thousands of films and tv series - all the latest releases.
4. There is BBC, ITV, SKY, BT, etc - full sport and movies - better than any system available in UK - every major UK football and sports event is shown here.
Houses in this price point do not normally have any of points 1 - 4.

Family holiday
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAfter some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk down and back up the hill in order to visit town.

We also have upgraded fibre Wifi with no blinddpots.
I find it an easy 15 min walk down the hill and a 5 euro taxi ride back after midnight, if you feel too tired - glad you enjoyed.

Great property Great area

You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. I recommend Mollys bar, view bar and Lins for amazing food and drinks. Thanks again for a fantastic holiday I'd definitely return.

Another great stay at this property

The property has all the amenities you could want for a perfect holiday,
The property is clean and the check in and check out times are perfect.
The location is not to far to walk to all the restaurants and other amenities to make this the perfect holiday.
