Incredible Estate 5 Bedrooms 3 bathroom w/Resort Style Rock Pool & Jacuzzi

This is an incredible estate home. It has five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, two dining rooms, and two family rooms.

There are three master Cal-King bedrooms, two of which have en-suites. Two children's rooms have full-over-full bunk beds and a shared hallway bathroom. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. The bathrooms are custom-designed with marble countertops, raised paneled cabinetry, and travertine/marble tile inlays in the showers. All bedrooms have upgraded carpet, travertine, and hardwoods throughout the common areas.

Large, open-concept kitchen with dining and family room. A spacious kitchen provides plenty of space for prepping and cooking on granite countertops. Upgraded custom cabinetry with travertine tile backsplash and flooring. Stainless steel appliances (stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Full-size washer and dryer located off of the kitchen. Sectional has a sleeper sofa bed.

Strollers, high chairs, pack n' play, and booster seats for your infant's and toddler's use.

The backyard has an amazing rock pool with an in-ground jacuzzi, a grass area for kids to run around, an outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, two patio sets, and additional chairs.

Every room has 47'+ LCD TVs. The home has central air & heat. Private gated entry. Free high-speed Wifi

This house SLEEPS 16 in Beds and has a MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors).

No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.
No Outside Music of Any Kind
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code you must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102

A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival, we recommend you purchase travel insurance.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY type of gathering or event. Houses are protected with Outdoor Security Cameras; there are NO inside cameras.

* There is an ADU on the property that is occasionally used by our maintenance manager while in town. It does not have access to the home or rear yard. Your reservation does NOT included use of ADU (accessory dwelling unit).
