False advertising, be aware
Publié le 9 déc. 2016 sur HotelsUnfortunately, I never got to see the hotel. As I was here on business and my meetings finished each day late, I was expecting to be able to check in late. 930pm I tried on the 2nd day.
The hotel advertise a late check in, but they messaged me to say they wouldn't be able to give me a late check in and that I would have to come before 8pm or not come at all. Unfortunately my train arrived at 9.
Not only is this false advertising and thus, I had to book another hotel for both nights, they then stated that I did not deserve a refund. I was certainly shocked , I guess if this is the customer service they offer, they will not last long

Dear Alex,
we are very sorry to hear you are unhappy with us. As we are working from 9am to 8pm with extra time for late check-ins until 0:30 your late check-in was possible. As you got in confirmation we are working till 8pm. However as we got your reservation we tried to call you. Unfortunately you did not respod untill 8pm so the office was closed and your reservation changed to "no show".
We hope that one day you will be able to leave our apartment happy.
