The property is well situated near to the city center and is well maintained. We were disappointed to find that our allocated parking space was occupied by a previous tennant's vehicle and we were then directed to a difficult to access bay. There was no physical reception and we luckily contacted the manager by phone. The property description listed "access to a pool". Never did find that! The cleaning staff were friendly and kept us well provisioned.

Thank you for your feedback Neil. My apologies for the inconveniences you encountered during your stay. Unfortunately despite clear direction and effort to advise residents (the property is partly strata titled and not associated with the hotel) and guests to park in the correct car space, some frustratingly choose not to. Though not all undercover many additional easily accessed visitor carspaces are also available. A text is sent on the morning of each guest’s arrival explaining the check in procedure. The property phone number is supplied with each reservation confirmation. Either myself or a staff member are always contactable and at the property to assist guests. The property previously was managed in association with another nearby property which had a pool. This is no longer the situation and the property details have been updated, sorry for the confusion. Thank you for the kind words regarding the staff / property maintenance and central location. Once again my apologies for any inconveniences. Regards David (Manger).

Great location.
Manager and his wife helpful and pleasant.
We had a two bedroom apartment, spacious and quiet.
