Riverwalk Place Resort and Spa is a hidden gem.
The Resort itself is lovely, the property is so well kept.
If you are looking for quiet luxury, Riverwalk Place Resort and Spa, is the place to go for a renewal of body and mind.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
The food at their restaurant is delicious, the serving staff are wonderful and the setting for dining exceptional.
This is our second time staying at Riverwalk Place and it wont be our last.
What a lovely place for a wedding, a couples get away or a girl friends night out.
Thank you so much for another wonderful vacation.

Disappointed
Publié le 10 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe love Riverwalk but this visit was the exception. It was loud!! It was loud at night after 10 pm and it was loud early, starting at 7 am. We strictly went because we needed sleep and it was disappointing. Not sure why you can hear everything on the first floor, through the door even if it was talking, but there was people using the ice machine that woke us up after 10, they were fixing it at 7:15 am, but there was definitely other noises as well. If we go back, we will not stay on the first floor again. I was so frustrated that I took a video just of the sound as we got up at 7:30 am, and we got ready and left. We just wanted to sleep in until 8-8:30, that was the whole point of our trip 😢

Our room was very clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Service at the restaurant was excellent. Parking convenient. The grounds and landscaping were beautiful!

There is nothing I liked it calls itself a resort and spa with a river view there is a creek behind the building there is an overpriced spa there a grill/ restaurant overpriced and a boutique. It was my birthday I could have stayed anywhere I searched all over the state and found this place and was like a resort and spa sounds perfect I chose a king jacuzzi the bed was horrible it was old broke in I was not offered a discount towards anything in the spa for my birthday so didn’t even go there the jacuzzi was dirty didn’t use it wasted my time and money will never go back

the beds were so high that being a 75 year old man it was very hard to get into. also we could not control the temp in the room and it was very warm so it was hard to sleep. the beds were like sleeping on a board very hard we will never stay there again
