- Self check-in information including door codes will be provided 24 hours prior to your arrival. Just use the keypad to check yourself in!

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Check-in time is 4:00PM, check-out time is 10:00 AM.
- The Iron Mountain Hot Springs is currently undergoing expansion. There is ongoing construction in the parking lot and in front of the condominium building.
- Parking for 1-2 cars is available in the Caverns Village Parking lot. Guest agrees to use only the parking spaces provided for the property. No RV’s, campers, trailers or boats are permitted at any of our properties, unless communicated ahead of time. Offending vehicles will be towed at your expense without notice.
- These condos cannot receive mail or packages. Contact us if you need to have something delivered and we’ll provide you with an address.
- Additional cleaning fee for excessive cleaning or laundry may apply. For stays of 10 days or more, additional cleaning is required.
- No tobacco, cannabis, or vapor devices allowed. Violators will be fined a cleaning fee and asked to leave.
- This is not a pet friendly condo, with the exception of services animals. For service animals, we respectfully request that you notify us ahead of your arrival and provide all documentation required.
- Special events or larger gatherings are not permitted at this condo. Maximum of 4 guests. Ask us about additional accommodations at Caverns Village.
- Caverns Village Condo's are located on the second and third floor of a building with a mix of vacation rentals and long-term housing. There are common stairs, an elevator, and hallways that must be used to access the private unit.
- No refunds will be given if canceled less than 14 days before arrival, including illness, flight delays, cancelled flights, storms, road conditions, or road closures. We suggest CSA Travel Protection.
- Cancellation policy: 100% if canceled at least 30 days before arrival, 50% refund if canceled between 7-29 days before arrival, no refund if canceled less than 7 days before arrival. Note: Credit card fees will not be refunded.
- The exterior of the property and shared hallways are under 24-hour video surveillance for security purposes.
- Extra caution must be taken with young children around the sliding glass doors and railing. Please supervise them at all times and lock the sliding doors when not in use.
- A limited stock of basic guest supplies are provided to start off your stay (Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Hand Soap, Dish Soap, Dish Detergent, Coffee Filters, Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper)
- Minimum age requirement of 25 to rent this property.
- Rates and amenities are subject to change without notice.
- Caverns Village Lodging is fully licensed with the City of Glenwood Springs.
- We cannot ensure a pet allergen-free environment. While short-term rentals do not permit pets, service animals are allowed by law. Some long-term rentals in the building do permit pets in limited numbers.

This condo has an open concept kitchen and living space at the center, with a spacious bedroom and private bathroom on either side. It features an ambient vapor gas fireplace, locally inspired artwork, comfortable furnishings, and glass doors that open to incredible river and Red Mountain views.

The kitchen is well-equipped with bright quartz counters and modern aesthetics, and there's a generous coat nook near the entrance for winter clothing and ski wear.

Each bedroom offers privacy and comfort with rustic yet modern furnishings, an organic king mattress, plush bedding, black-out blinds, large Smart TVs, and nightstands with USB outlets. The master bedroom is a cozy space for relaxation or reading, and there's a simple desk space in the guest bedroom for those who need to work remotely.

Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, with the master bathroom featuring a large glass-enclosed shower and the other bathroom having a bathtub and shower combination.

Comfortable, Clean, Great Location
I came here with my 87-year-old mother. Safe, easy access, elevator, one bathroom had a walk-in shower, full kitchen, etc. Both were easy to navigate with ADA needs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location (next to Iron Mountain Spa if desired). There were not many complaints except no Kleenex, the freezer must have been left open at some point so it needs to be defrosted, shower soap was out in one bathroom, and shampoo was almost gone in the other. These are small easy fixes and should be addressed for future guests. And although it didn't affect us, I think 10:00 a.m. checkout is slightly early, so plan accordingly. However, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Nice Place to Stay in Glenwood
The property seems to be new and sits right next to some hot springs. There were 2 adult couples in our party so having 2 ensuites was great! Parking was a breeze. There is a nice park within walking distance.
