Jederzeit wieder.

Misleading VRBO search results
Publié le 8 juin 2022 sur HomeAwayAlthough I searched specifically for the city of Loutro, this listing came up as the only property available that fit my search criteria. Not being familiar with the area, we realized after it was booked, and already passed the cancellation date, that this is in another city entirely. And another city requiring a boat ride as the only way to get from one to the other (no roads).
Neither the property owner nor VRBO were willing to admit the mistake and reimburse us. They charged us anyway, even though we could not stay there.
My advice is use another “booking” site instead.

I am very sorry for your experience.
However, Artemis studios had no possibility to act differently.
The booking sites have their policies so I couldn't do anything else.
This doesn't mean that Artemis studios has got a bad review since you never visited us.

The view from the balcony, the room amenities and the welcoming personnel were the most important. The room was absolutely clean and we had all what we needed.
