Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HotelsSéjour agréable dans l'ensemble mais ne pas s'attendre à un "vrai" 5 étoiles.
Points positifs :
- grand hôtel mais réparti sur plusieurs bâtiments donc les couloirs ne sont pas bruyants et la circulation assez facile
- plusieurs piscines
- plusieurs espaces adultes
- chambre grande et propre
- parking gratuit
- serveurs serviables
Points négatifs :
- pas beaucoup d'informations sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel au moment du check-in
- beaucoup d'enfants donc assez bruyant à certains endroits, surtout au buffet malgré le coin adultes only
- la qualité de la nourriture des restaurants est vraiment moyenne (possibilité de réserver certains restaurants mais souvent complets)
- choix des alcools bas de gamme dans la formule all inclusive
- fléau de tous les hôtels : réserver les transats tôt le matin - ce qui devrait être interdit car certains transats restent vides jusqu'à 15h
Je recommande pour les familles avec plusieurs enfants mais pas pour les couples ou entre amis.

Just completed a weeks stay at the Atlantica Caldera Palace, our first all inclusive. Very much a fly and flop holiday (so no excursions / exploring). Caldera Palace was fantastic, a great room, lovely facilities, great food and exceptional staff (always smiling and helpful) - would we go again, absolutely; would we recommend, definitely.

Το περιβάλλον είναι υπέροχο το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο καθαρό με πολλές ευκολίες το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ καλό ένα από τα πρόβληματα ήταν σε μια πισίνα που είχε υπερβολική δόση χλώριο με αποτέλεσμα να μου κάψει τα μάτια ευτυχώς είχε νερό δίπλα και τα ξεβγαλα γρήγορα αλλά για 40 λεπτά είχα θέμα με τον ήλιο βέβαια το ανέφερα στην ρεσεψιόν αλλά 3 άτομα έπαθαν το ίδιο.
Το φαγητό δεν είναι και το καλύτερο έχει καλά πιάτα αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές χρειάζεται βελτίωση

Brilliant staff serving to the beach, along with most of the staff we came across, with a other notable mention for the maid we had.
A la carte dining options were well worth doing and much better than most other all inclusive hotels weve visited, although booking on the system was difficult and could be improved.
Lovely hotel with nice modern rooms.
Only other point to families, is that the pool area next to the beach is the adults only zone, which is a large area of the pools that are available- the size of this area wasn't overly clear when booking.
All in all though a really nice place which is run well

We booked a sea view swim up and the terrace had significaht amounts of rodent droppings. We had to move room but they could only offer the same block and there were still rodent droppings on the terrace. Not at all even 2 star standard. Very dissappointing. The family pool area was very cramped and dirty and the adult only area was much more spacious and luxurious. Other guests with families made comments very similar to us onbthe family pool area. I have been to several hotels in this area of Crete and for the reasons above this was by far the worse. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to any family. In additoon some of the staff were rude when asking for basic things.

I stayed with my family in this resort for a week. I loved everything from the room to the pools to the beach to food service staff everything was excellent thank you so much for making my vacation unforgettable
