Très bien sauf la climatisation qui faisait un bruit horrible, obligé de la coupe pour dormir.le seul reproche.

Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Emplacement idéal pour cet hôtel simple mais accueillant. Superbe piscine.

Pas de kitchenette, prévue sur prospectus, jardin délabré , pas de linge de lit ni de bain propre, pas d'isolation phonique (hôtel très bruyant malgré des locataires calmes)piscine pas propre et mal située.Nourriture limite. Accueil assez froid! C'est simple, nous avons loué un autre logement ce qui a plombé notre budget! A déconseiller, à éviter!

Thank you. We will surely take your comments into consideration, although we are a bit surprised by them. A small quiet hotel or a big resort is subjective and a matter of personal taste and we respect your views. However, we strongly recommend that you read carefully the facilities offered, before booking a hotel. Prospectus? We definitely do not advertise a fully equipped kitchen on Expedia platform. In some rooms there are kitchen sinks and all rooms have fridge, a kettle and air-condition, but we do not claim that we provide kitchen stove or utensils. However, had you asked, we would surely have offered a solution to meet your needs, as we have with other guests. Also, 'nourriture limite' is a bit confusing since we did not receive a reservation with breakfast or half board. Perhaps, you are referring to some other hotel.
We are not sure what noise you mean, as we are a small quiet hotel near the sea and countryside with a big surrounding garden and beautiful flowers. Perhaps an urban hotel would better suit your taste, since it seems you do not like flora. As for cleanliness, there is daily housekeeping in the hotel rooms and surroundings and bedlinen are freshly cleaned by professional laundry services. If you felt you didn't like the room or if you felt it wasn't adequately clean for you, we would have happily assisted you, if you had informed us during your stay. That way, we would have upgraded your travel experience. Bitter post-stay comments do not serve anyone. It's simple.

Bon emplacement.
Ok pour une nuit. Près du port et de tps les services.
Cuisine peu équipée, sans espace pour cuisiner.
Très bon accueil du personnel malgré l’heure tardive.
Piscine agréable et propre.

While quite run down as others have mentioned, it was still a good value for the $. While they do have AC there is a governor on it and it does not go lower than 25. In the hot summer days this is not that cool. The pool was great, though the slide does not have water running down it so it's not functional. It was about 4 mins to the beach which was great and on anice strip. Though you are quite far from the city center, the bus is easy to navigate though not that frequent. Irini, when she was there, was very helpful and spoke great English.

Thank you so much for your comments and we are really glad you enjoyed your stay. It is always our aim to improve and offer our best services to our guests. Although 25C is in fact recommended as the minimum proper temperature for health and environmental reasons, as well as in face of the energy crisis, there is actually no governor set. Guests can change the temperature downwards or upwards by the press of a button. Also, each room is equipped with its own independent AC unit. We would happily help you with that, as it is understandable that AC remote controls might be confusing if someone is not familiar with them. As for the slide, there is running water but is mostly turned on for children, as it is a kids' poolslide. As mentioned in our communication prior to your arrival, there is direct connection from/to the airport and city center and buses run every 15'-20' in summer. We were really happy to assist you before and during your stay and it will be a pleasure to host you again in the future!
