Location is great. Loved the shower. Don’t know if the price was justified.

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants and bars right on the river. Very walkable to everything Greenville. Will definitely stay here again. Staff was very nice. Valet was quick to get your car in and out. Bourbon bar was excellent.

The check in was terrible. Everyone was very nice but we arrived at 1 and asked for an early check in if possible. We were told several times it should not be long. Multiple people were checked in ahead of us. We left several times and came back still no room. At 4:15 after 4pm normal check in we were told they were cleaning our room at that moment. Still never got in our room. Finally at 6pm we got in our room. I understand it was busy but staff downstairs cleaning when they could be upstairs helping. Be honest with people and say it will be 6pm. I would rather hear the truth than waiting all day to check in. I would have rather been able to just canceled and gone to another hotel. I travel a lot and have never left a bad review but this was a horrible experience with a very expensive hotel that was not worth it! Be honest with people! Then I would know what to expect!
