My favorite thing was the check in… The front desk employee and I can’t recall his name Miguel? Made a great recommendation for us to use an Uber instead of driving to the arena and that was a great call… Other than that great location we were near the elevator, so it was not quiet at all, but the room was nice and clean

The hotel is beautiful and well kept but not capable of accommodating customers if anything out of there control occurs. My partner and I were booked to stay during Hurricane Helene. Upon our arrival there was electricity but of course after a few hours they're was no water, electricity, food nothing. I understood it was not in there control but there was no generator and no plans if a disaster happened, we were left to basically fend for ourselves. We checked out early and found other accommodations but when asked about any type of compensation i was told it wasn't there fault a hurricane happened and nothing will be done as if i brought the hurricane with me. I have nothing against the hotel i think it's clean and beautiful i just feel they need to take a look at there policy and make changes to accommodate there guest.

Was not able to stay. The hotel didn’t have power. Not the property fault. Hotels.com told all was good but once we got there the staff was friendly and supportive We didn’t stay. Wish Hotel.com would have told us. We scrambled but was able to find another hotel.
