Friendly staff but slightly disappointing overall
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HotelsGreat service, nicely designed hotel, lovely pools. Food was very good, especially breakfast, which was epic. Very friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough for you. The real problem was the other guests, who did not make us feel at all welcome. The infinity pool was lovely but dominated by people taking selfies. Near enough to Krakow for a day trip but some of the restaurants and such like in the villages nearby were great fun and very friendly. The lake itself looks lovely from a distance but there was an algae bloom that made swimming unwise. Relaxing in the garden was frequently interrupted by motorboat and jetski noise, which was a shame.

Wonderful Hotel
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsFor sure one of the best premises in Poland. Outstanding in any kind of service. Very helpful and professional staff. Amazing Pool and Spa Area. Good food in both restaurants with wonderful views to the Lake side. Spacy and quiet with lots of places to relax or to work. Nice rooms with all armenties. ONLY: its not appropriate to knock every door by 9 in the morning to ask for roomservice. This should be stopped.

Price-Performance questionable. Too little service included. Would still recommend but would be even better with small changes(Prices/service/amenities)
