Let me start out by saying I stay in multiple hotels throughout the year in several country’s and never leave bad review. I left a personal item at this hotel valued at over $80 and that was totally my fault. I called the hotel within hours to have someone retrieve the item and they never called me back as promised I called two more times and they said if and when they found it they would call me. I explained to the desk clerk that they would have to find it because I left it. I finally stopped by in person after 48 hours of getting no returned call back and they could not locate the item. I believe someone at this property is taking guest personal property home and they have no honest way of managing lost and found.

Staff was great, watched them be courteous to other guests, even when they were rude…we had zero issues! Overall a really nice place to stay!

Our stay at Staybridge would have been perfect if the tv was working. We called the front desk but they couldn’t fix it. It was the only negative with this 2 day stay!

Great Stay for Family of Four.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. Check in was quick and easy and the front desk receptionist was very friendly. The room was clean, spacious (2br suite with kitchen) and exceeded our expectations. There were restaurants right in front of the hotel, staying on the beach wasn’t a must for us, so this stay worked out perfectly. Even my kids who don’t care about hotels asked me to make sure I left 5-stars. We would definitely return.

The hotel was clean, smelled good and staff was friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint was that several people tried to check in early (at 3pm) and were told that rooms were not ready yet and that was acceptable, but at 4, when it is listed check in time, many of us were still told that rooms were not ready.
