Love this cottage!
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLove this cottage! It’s exactly as described! Very clean and in a safe location! It is by a train but we actually loved it! Our kids got excited everytime they heard the train coming and loved counting how many cars were on the train! The house is well stocked for cooking , laundry etc and it just feels like a home! The beds were very comfortable too! Property manager was great to communicate with! Would definitely stay here again !

Cozy and comfortable!

It was great the air conditioning really cooled the house down as it was so hot outside. Debra was great responding to my questions. I would definitely stay there again!

I just love Flamingo cottage and have to agree that the pictures just don't capture how homey and comfortable it is! I live a few houses away and occasionally go to Flamingo with no phone, and just watch a movie or read a book and have some peaceful time. My neighbors probably think I'm nuts, lol...

We also took our pooch and was so happy not to have to put him on a leash due to the fenced in yard front and back. The train was a bit much in the beginning but after a couple of day we never noticed it. Debra was great as well, met us as we were unloading and gave us a fresh picked magnolia that smelled amazingly. Would definitely stay here again.

You were great guests and I hope to see you again. The train runs parallel to the beach so if you're close to the water, you're close to the tracks. It does fade into the background quickly, though!

Mom and daughter trip
Publié le 30 août 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. We were able to visit Ship island, aquarium, Biloxi and Long Beach. We do not gamble so we kept to the beach and scenery. Which we enjoyed very much. Cottage was just what we needed!

Adorable place to stay!
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe Flamingo House had everything we needed and more! We loved the kitchen as it had everything we needed to cook and easily clean up! The games were an added bonus when it rained to keep the kids entertained! The couch slept our 2 younger children perfectly and was actually very comfortable! The train is close (didn't bother us), but ear plugs were in the night stands if needed! The host, Mrs. Debra was fabulous is responding to everything we needed and checking in on us! We will definitely stay at her properties again!

I really appreciate the great review. Flamingo is a perfect cottage--everything just turned out better than I expected when I did the renovation. Sometimes with old houses you don't know what's underneath when you start pulling things out but we kept finding beautiful old wood, original built-ins, and things that make it unique. I hope you'll come back!

Comfy weekend
