The room is very good but just avoid the restaurant. The menu is big and interesting on the paper but sea foods were out of stock... the service in the restaurant is low level. We ordered one soup but got 2, we had to ask severyl times to get a glass of water. So I recommend to book this hotel for the room and the casino if you like, but not more.

Supoortable pour une nuit
Publié le 14 août 2018 sur HotelsJ’avais choisi cet hotel pour ce reposer du vol de 15:00 et trajet depuis Hanoi avant une croisiere. Chambre Deluxe confortable. Hotel en partie en travaux avec quelques nuisances. Hôtel situé dans un quartier en construction donc la vue sur la baie comprend la vue sur les travaux. Clientèle essentiellement chinoise et tres bruyant dans le hall. Les 2 restaurants ne semblaient pas extraordinaires et nous avons opté pour un diner et petit dejeuner au Novotel proche pour ne pas avoir un petit dejeuner uniquement asiatique.Je ´aurais pas pu rester plus d’une nuit.

AC Woes
Publié le 19 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel itself was lovely. The staff was friendly. However, the air conditioner in my room and my friend's room didnt work properly. We called the front desk who sent someone to mess with the buttons, and they claimed it was working. But, we had the AC set at 15°C (just to cool it down), and it never got below 23°C. It was an uncomfortable night of sleep.
