The reception said booking was made for NO breakfast. Showed them my wotif booking which clearly says ‘Included amenities: Free breakfast’, they didn’t understand the meaning…

Great choice
Publié le 4 juill. 2020 sur HotelsWonderful hotel. Amazing views of the lake, very good breakfast with a good mixture of Western and Eastern choices, nice outdoor pool (indoor not as nice). Happy to find such a place relatively close to Shanghai. The floor manager Stanley was really helpful and friendly as were all the staff. Be aware that the cheaper lake view rooms may be near a main road that makes being on the balcony less enjoyable. The grand lake view rooms are quiet though. The food selection and drink selection is not as wide as in Hilton's elsewhere in the world, but for the situation of the hotel I was content enough with what was on offer. Be sure to take the boat trip out to the cable car for a postcard view of the lake.
