There was a cash deposit at time of check in. The staff then had to physically walk through the room to get it back. This was not disclosed in the Travelocity terms.

The front desk area smelled of Marijuana. The front desk person was never at the desk. The room smelled so bad and the beds were old and nasty parking lot when you pulled in has a hole that about swallows your car. It was so bad we turned around and left. We asked for a refund. But they would not give us one. He said we had to contact you to get one. Ive tried to contact you and keep getting a computer and getting cut off. Not a happy person at all.

We will be addressing the issues with the hotel staff. There were other guests checked in prior to you entering the lobby, and had the marijuana smell. (medical) Your reservation was made on a 3rd party website, which clearly has in the policy that the reservation is non refundable. Have a blessed day.

This was the single most disgusting hotel I have ever experienced in my life! Dirty! Dirty! Dirty! Slept in my clothes on top of sheets. TV and blow dryer didn't work. Shower head coming loose as it was rotting from wall. Only one outlet in room worked. Baseboards and counters caked in dirt. It was essentially worse than camping. Only stayed bc I had my dog with me and no other hotel near destination had availability. Stay away!!!!!!!!!
