A Wonderful Place for the Family to Gather

The 2 full kitchens are great--both are well-stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking dishes, tableware, flatware, coffee makers, & microwaves. Bring your own plastic wrap, Ziploc bags, etc.
For those with mobility issues, coming into the house from the driveway through the garage, you are on the lowest level, which has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, sauna), kitchen with stools where you can sit at the island, family room (pool table, fireplace, chairs, table w/ 4 chairs), theater room, and access to the lake. To get to the main level, you have to go up a flight of carpeted steps which are built between two walls (last 2 steps are taller), but there is no handrail, which makes it difficult if you rely on one. You can get to the main level from the driveway by climbing about a half dozen wooden steps, for which there is a railing, and taking the walkway to the door.
The main level has a living room, kitchen, dining room (seats 8), access to deck on lakefront side of house, master bedroom (full bath w/ shower and freestanding tub, fireplace, TV, access to exercise area), a bedroom with two beds (full or queen), full bath w/ tub/shower, laundry.
Only access to tower room is a circular stairway.
Fire pit is nice with 2 picnic tables and multiple chairs/benches. Patio on back of house also has table/chairs.
The property was very clean; owner responds promptly. Lake is beautiful!

No place like it!
Publié le 9 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPlenty of room for multiple families to spread out, EXTREMELY clean, amazing TV/game room with theatre seating, beautiful views, hosts are incredible and so responsive, nice beach (hard to find!), lake is very clean and clear with sandy bottom, stunning master suite, two kitchens, lots of space for family games or to find a quiet corner by yourself and read a book, very cool tower room and other unique features create an adventure of a trip! Oh, and fire pit with nice wooden benches! And kayaks! And SUP! Awesome!

Always Amazing
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is our 4th year staying at this absolutely amazing house with a beautiful lakefront view and beach! It accommodates my large family ranging from 62yrs to 2yrs old. Plenty of room inside and out. The inside has everything you need for your stay for cooking and preparing meals. The outside has lots of chairs and a shed full of outside toys and beach toys. There is also a nice picnic table and fire pit to enjoy singing campfire songs and making smores! The kids really enjoy the movie room when they need to relax a bit and unwind before bed. The hosts are very attentive and are there if you need anything. I’m so happy we found this place and plan on coming back to make many more happy family memories

Ice fishing weekend

Great place for a big family!
Publié le 9 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe layout was perfect for everyone to have there own space. It is always difficult for our big family to stay together. Since it was November, we didn't enjoy taking a dip in the lake but the sunset off the lake was beautiful. We would definitely consider staying again.
