Manque d'entretien, Lipstick on a p

Motel6 rénové "à la va vite" , barbouillé plutôt que repeint.( En américain; Lipstick on a pig ! ) Serviettes douteuses, éviter de marcher pieds nus dans la chambre; le ménage aussi, c'est du vite fait.... Même pour un hôtel économique, il y a des standarts à respecter et Motel6 devrait y veiller.

Soda machine in lobby not working when I checked in. Was week or so until fixed. They didn't seem to be in any hurry to get it fixed. Had to go to 2nd floor for drinks, that machine had limited selections. Every thing else ok. Staff friendly and helpful.

Well where do I start, I get there to check in and the guy at the desk gives me my room key I go up to My room only to find the key doesn’t work at several attempts. I get back down to the desk and tell the guy the key isn’t working he digs through a stack of unorganized key cards and hands me one and says try this one. I go back up to the room only for this card not to work…. Go back down tell him again so he then assigned a new key card and insured me that one would work and he would come open the door. We get back up to the room only for him to pull out an actual master door key and unlock it and walked off. I closed the door to make sure I could open it again with the key card and guess what no still not working. So back down to the desk I go. This time he moves me into the room next door I get into this one only to find horrible patched up walls busted clothing dresser the many fridge was hot wired(big safety violation) fire waiting to happen….. overall the room was horrible the staff was hot the whole experience was horrible and I’m out of $70 dollars on a room I didn’t stay in I turned the key back in and left never touched the bed or anything I should get a refund.

This is old looking nothing like the pictures probably that was taken when it was now built, very smelly and dirty even the bed sheet , saw roach too. Would not recommend.
