Good staff. We did disagree about if trash should stay open in the dining area. If closed, adding a pedal to open would help. Thank you.

The hotel is dirty. Carpet is too old. Bathroom needs upgrade. Still uses old shower tab and everything seems old.

Ac needs work
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was clean and the staff very nice. However we noticed right away in tha hall and elevator that it was rather hot. We thought ok the room will be cool its hot outside so hard to keep large area cool with lots of people coming in and out. Got to room amd it was also nice and clean but we noticed right away it smelt musty. And it was HOT. Went to ac unit and turned down temp and turned up fan and it slowed down and almost turned off. Left it on while we went to family function closed the curtains and hoped for the best. Got back lobby and halls still hot, room still hot. Went downstairs but no one around. Actually never saw an employee after our check in. Luckily we had a fan with us so i set it up to help push whatevrr cool air we could get from ac and made it thru. It was only 1 night and not worth moving. Planned to say something on check out so they knew but again never saw anyone at desk. Overall it was fine, beds comfy (pillows a bit flat and old) but room clean and priced right.
